Off the kitchen area is a covered terrace with table and chairs. This leads to the balcony area with French doors to the dining area. The terrace has a gated staircase giving access to the lower areas. A large circular decked area provides ample space for eating, relaxing and sunbathing. Partly sunk and level with the ground floor is the hot tub area. This is again a decked area with integral lighting where you will find the circular Canadian hot tub.
